You and your group will have complete privacy and access to the home! We have two kitchen cabinets and an upstairs hallway closet that we keep locked for supplies.
We set up this listing to be easy for our guests from the moment they arrive so you’ll have a seamless check-in and check-out. If you do need assistance during your stay, we are available via the Airbnb platform and will address all of your needs promptly. In case of emergency you may call us. If we don’t answer the first time, please call right back in case we have our phone on DND.
Custom built in 2019, this home is located in a quiet neighborhood in downtown San Antonio. Our neighborhood has become a prime location to set up Airbnb’s due to its proximity to downtown, the Riverwalk, and the Pearl Brewery area, which has seen amazing growth in recent years. You can get to popular locations, like the Pearl Brewery, San Pedro Park, The River Walk, the Alamo, the Alamodome, Frost Bank Center (formerly AT&T Center), and more in just a few minutes via Uber or Lyft. We offer a one-car garage and the driveway can hold one more car, however, the garage is not suitable for wide cars/trucks. Please make sure you’re not blocking the driveway entrance for our neighbor or the center of the driveway. There is ample free street parking and a large well-let parking lot across the street. Uber/Lyfts are plentiful and you won’t have trouble getting a ride anywhere.
We share a driveway with our neighbor, so please be sure to only park either in the garage, on our side of the driveway (one car), or for free on the street. Please do not park any cars in the middle of the driveway.
