We don’t have a minimum age requirement to book our homes, however we reserve the right to cancel any reservation if given a reason to believe a guest will break house rules, or we are generally uncomfortable with the reservation. (*We have never done this before, however we want to put this in here just in case. 😉
We offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate changes in plans. If you need to cancel within 48 hours after booking, you’ll receive a full refund of what you paid. Cancellations made at least one week before check-in by 3:00 PM will result in a partial refund of 50% of every night, excluding the service fee. Please note that cancellations made on the date of check-in after 3:00 PM are non-refundable. For detailed information and to benefit from added convenience, please book directly on our website.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our rentals. This policy ensures the comfort and cleanliness of our properties for all guests.
Absolutely! We take pride in being family-friendly and offer a range of amenities to cater to families with children. Our properties include cribs, pack ‘n plays/travel cribs, room-darkening shades, children’s books and toys for different age groups, folding or convertible high chairs with padding and safety features, children’s dinnerware, outlet covers, board games, and baby safety gates. We strive to provide a welcoming and enjoyable environment for families during their stay.
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out should be completed by 11:00 AM. We provide self check-in for your convenience, so arrive whenever you want!
