This renovated home offers a nicely opened up dining/kitchen/living space, featuring a cozy sofa and two fun hanging chairs. Relax together and stream your favorite shows, or maybe the new blockbuster movie on the 55” TV. If you’d rather, there are plenty of board games available for a friendly challenge. What a great way to make happy new memories as friends and family.

Cooking & Dining

The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a massive kitchen island and thoughtful extras like a spice rack and coffee bar, it’s sure to serve as inspiration for many delicious meals.
The dining room is conveniently next to the kitchen and comfortably accommodates 6, with 4 more seats available at the kitchen island. The space is plenty big to comfortable seat the whole family!

Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms

The home sleeps up to 12 people, making it an ideal space for extended families or groups.
All of the bedrooms are located on a single level. The master features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The mattress in here is INCREDIBLE and I promise you will have no problem sleeping ;). There is another bedroom with a single queen size bed, one with a full and twin, and another room with a queen and a set of children’s bunk beds (twins). Note that the bunk beds are NOT suitable for adults. The kids are sure to love hanging out in the bunk room, which has it’s own TV and couch, as well as a children’s activity table with an assortment of books.

Outdoor Spaces
We offer a beautiful large backyard, including a private patio and a charcoal grill with a smoker. Hang out underneath the gazebo with a cocktail while the kids (or furry friends) run around in the huge grassy backyard! If you’re feeling competitive, get out the cornhole and see who can be crowned champion!

You and your group will have complete privacy and access to the home! We keep our hallway closet locked for supplies.

Access is provided through digital keypads. You will be issued a door code that will only be active during the time of your stay.

Easy Check-In Process 🏡
It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
