The home can accommodate 4 guests, offering 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its a queen-sized bed, private workspace, black out curtains, an ensuite bathroom, & abundant closet storage.
For all your professional needs, you have access to fast WiFi, multiple workspaces (including a separate office space), & access to a washer/dryer with a steam iron & ironing board.
With our contemporary kitchen, we provide you with the basics for cooking such as cookware, plateware, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, & induction stovetop, cooking utensils & a large kitchen pantry. While we don’t provide any tupperware, aluminum foil, or a blender, our proximity to the local stores & restaurants make it easy to still enjoy your stay. With our living & dining area, we provide a simple but chic setting to decompress & relax. No matter how long you’re in town for, we provide the amenities you need to help you get settled in.
This space offers everything necessary for a wonderful stay during your time in San Antonio.
Guests are able to self check-in using a smartlock. The entry codes are sent to the guests the day of check-in once the rental agreement is signed.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! You can even share it with friends and family! Got questions? Just message us anytime!
I regularly communicate with guests via the Airbnb app. It is the easiest way to contact me as I regularly check the app throughout the day. I sleep around 10:00 PM, so for any urgent situations, please call me directly. For any emergent situations please call 911 first and let me know afterwards.
Please note that this home is in Denver Heights, an up-and-coming neighborhood east of downtown. The area is not in a suburban gated community with cookie-cutter homes. It has seen a lot of revitalization recently, so you’ll encounter a mix of new & older homes in various conditions. You may encounter some neglected homes & maybe even a stray animal. The Porter Suites has easy access to 3 major highways (I-35, I-37, & I-10) & is within a 10-min drive to most downtown attractions.

Due to the home’s proximity to downtown & other major hubs, taking an Uber or Lyft is easy & convenient. We include a private parking pad that accommodates 1 car. Free street parking is available in front of the home.
-A rental agreement is required.The house rules are a consolidated version of the rental agreement.
-Security cameras are on the exterior of the property for safety purposes. A noise level monitor is present on the interior of the property.
-A landscaper is on site weekly to bring the trash/recycling bins to the curb & for yard maintenance.
-The home is not suitable for young children. There are no child safety features or child-specific amenities.
